The Office of Graduate & Professional Studies (OGAPS) serves as the primary administrative body and overarching source of information for graduate & professional education at Texas A&M. OGAPS supports graduate & professional students from recruitment through degree completion, and advocates for continual improvement in the administration of graduate & professional programs and services across the institution.
We facilitate the following services: graduate & professional student records maintenance, graduate & professional student advisor training, recruiting, retention support, university fellowships and graduate & professional student awards, professional development workshops, preparation support and review of electronic theses and dissertations, ombudsperson consultation, interdisciplinary student support, and dual enrollment student support. OGAPS also facilitates the Graduate Appeals Panel.
