Gather Input

During this phase we will provide a framework for understanding the strategic issues which face our university and provide opportunities for campus wide response on how best to address them.  This input will inform the strategies to be pursued during the next five years, A&M Action 2015, and how best to reallocate available resources.

As always, you may email your input to President and Provost.

You will also have the opportunity to submit input through a number of the campus councils, committees and organizations which represent your interests and form our shared responsibility for governance at Texas A&M.

Additionally, five open forums have been scheduled in September and will serve to frame the strategic issues which have appeared most prevalent during our discussions over the last few years.  These strategic issues were identified during the Academic Master Planning Process and validated as concerns during the budget review.  They were focal points of a number of the task forces which have provided recommendations and address a number of the aspirational imperatives of Vision 2020.  Please review the schedule of open forums and the reference material and presenters for each issue.
