If you will use Honorlock in BOTH eCampus and Canvas:
We will need to update your Honorlock account. Complete the following two steps:
Step 1: You will need to authorize Honorlock in either Canvas or eCampus. See Step 1 under Honorlock in Canvas or Honorlock in eCampus
Step 2: Email email@example.com with your name, email address, and the LMS you successfully authorized Honorlock use in. Our admins will update your account for use in the other LMS. Please note this is only needed for instructors who are setting up Honorlock on tests.
Students WILL NOT experience this account issue if using both Canvas and eCampus.
RESOURCES AND SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS
Keep Learning has been updated with student-facing resources specific to Honorlock. A separate email will be sent to students with this information.
Honorlock provides student support for technical issues and general support questions. The Honorlock support team is available 24/7 through email and chat. A chat feature is enabled during the test sessions so students do not have to leave their exam attempt. More information on Honorlock support can be found here. We encourage students to navigate to the Simple Single-Click Test section under What You Need on Honorlock’s student support page to test their computer and browser setup prior to taking an Honorlock proctored exam.
Keep Learning has additional resources on student privacy here.
